It just seems to me like bailey is always quick to stick it to mer (like after the alzheimer’s trial fiasco where she banned her from all surgeries) and. In short, this is when your feeling towards something aren't consistently positive or negative; People grow and change and develop but imo bailey didn't. She uses her personal relationship with him to guilt him and make it seem like screwed her over by making a business decision. She walks around making little quips and being disrespectful.
